Hi. I’m Rob.

I’m running for state representative.

I believe in working hard, getting places on time--or trying to, and telling people the truth. I keep jumper cables in the car in case someone needs them. Promises are something you keep even when it’s hard.

I believe in saying “please” and “thank-you” and opening doors for everyone. Lately, I’ve noticed people are holding them open for me. Thank you.

I believe in healthy kids and good schools and decent paying jobs.

My dream is to walk next door and celebrate my grandkids’ birthdays. There will be report cards on the refrigerator with all “A’s” and one “B.”  What’s your dream?

I was taught that the nicest people are the most successful, that sacrifice is something you give up not something you talk about, that the quickest way to make a friend is to invite them to be a part of your group and when you make a mistake, you should own up to it and apologize.

You always, always, always treat others like you want to be treated.

In short, I believe there’s more that unites us than divides us. Our challenges are real, but our future is bright.  I believe in America, Kentucky and you.

That’s why I’m running.
